Recently I have been loving the bee trend! So I have tried to incorporate this into a couple of my jewellery designs.
The Little Bee Necklace
The first design I created was a 25 mm round circle necklace with a white background made with mica powder mixed with resin. On the second layer, there is a beautiful yellow queen Annes lace flower, which is very fitting with the bee theme! On top of this is a thicker layer of crystal clear resin to create a smooth, domed finish. To finish the necklace off, I added a cute little silver bee charm. This necklace can come with a silver plated or sterling silver chain, depending on your preference. However, I always recommend a sterling silver chain if the necklace will be worn frequently, as it is much longer lasting.
The Bee Garden Necklace
Another bee themed necklace I created was kinda honey comb inspired. It is set in a 20 mm by 23 mm stainless steel hexagon frame. The necklace is filled with real red and yellow babys breath, and yellow and white Queen Annes Lace flowers. The necklace is finished off with a beautifully detailed sterling silver bee accent on the outside of the necklace. This necklace can also come with either a silver plated or sterling silver chain.
