Orders over £50 will receive free standard shipping. Orders over £100 will receive free tracked shipping!
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
For most items, your order will be processed within 3-5 working days. Custom order processing time will be arranged via email.
How will my item be packaged?
Every item will come in a dainty organza drawstring bag and each order is packaged in a strong box for protection. These boxes fit through the postbox, should you not be in to receive it.
Do I have any proof that my order has been sent?
Please contact me if you would like to see proof of postage for any reason. All postage records are kept.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. The product must then have been received by us within 14 days.
Please place your returns within the original delivery box provided and packaging to keep the jewellery safe during transit. We will be unable to refund items that are damaged if packaged insufficiently.
Items returned must be as good as when they arrived, otherwise we can't issue a refund. Your refunds are going to be processed once the products are received and checked, this could take up to 7 working days. We would contact you via email should you have any problems.
Return postage costs up to £2.00 will be covered, however, anything above that will be the customers' responsibility.
We do not offer exchanges, however, if a different chain size is required please message us for an exchange. Customers are responsible for the extra postage costs.

We will contact you once we’ve inspected the return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please bear in mind, that it can take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank and show up on your statement.
